Off to India and World Congress of Psychology and Spirituality

Dear Friends and Zaadsters,
I'm off to India in a few days for an extended Kriya Yoga retreat in Orissa and to present my work at the World Congress of Psychology and Spirituality in Delhi in January: http://www.worldcongressps2008.org/event/presenters.aspx?productid=&page=14.
I will not be checking email again until February and look forward to catching up with you then!

India was amazing. I had been craving that sense of spaciousness and the freedom to live my spirituality freely without the confines of the western mentality and my ordinary day to day life. I needed a period of intense retreat and got it!

Your profile is interesting as you have a nice and varied background. I think that having some groundd experience in the world helps us to understand and come to terms with what its all about so we can evolve in consciousness while keepng our feet on the ground!
